Influencer Hotspot is created to collaborate with state, county and city administrations in Minnesota to bridge the gap between these institutions and minority communities especially African migrant communities.
Cultural Liaison Services
Help counties bridge the cultural and language barrier when providing services to minority communities. Help counties in their DEI efforts(Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).
Outreach and Information Dissemination
Assist counties reach minority communities by using appropriate communication methods and mediums used by specific minority communities. Inform and educate minority communities about available county resources and how they can access the resources.
Advocacy & Mentoring
We advocate for equal county services and resources in minority communities, as well as for diversity, equity and inclusion so that minority communities are not left underserved.
We assist new migrant kids to acquaint themselves with the educational system here in the United States since it is different from the one they are used to.
Translation and Interpretation
We provide translation and interpretation services to counties to help bridge language and communication barriers.
Training
We provide cultural appropriate training to help county officials, and staff working with minority communities and foster parents bridge cultural barriers and work in harmony. This help build rapport between the counties and minority communities.
Community Engagement and Social Integration
Our Community Engagement and Social Integration program promotes inclusivity, diversity and healthy living. Our experienced coaches will provide a safe and supportive environment for your child to develop their skills and to enjoy the summer season.
